Every order is handled with the same level of care and precision we bring to design and production. Because each project is unique, our logistics approach is tailored to your product type, destination, and delivery preferences.

1. Order Processing & Production Timeline

Shipping begins only once your pieces have been completed to Elkaiva’s standards. Timelines vary depending on the level of customization:

  • 3–6 weeks for standard development
  • 4–8 weeks for specialized or custom items
  • 5–9 weeks for highly detailed or large-scale collections

Production commences only after design/sample approval and confirmation of payment terms.

2. Shipping Origin

All final shipments are prepared and dispatched from Idaho. Before leaving our facility, each order undergoes Elkaiva’s quality checks and is packaged to meet luxury presentation standards.

3. Shipping Methods & Cost

We select the most suitable method based on order size and destination:

  • Courier services for samples and small-batch priority orders
  • Freight shipping for mid-size collections
  • Container shipping (air or sea) for large-volume productions

A detailed logistics quote will be provided before dispatch, with costs calculated according to weight, volume, and method.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Requirements

International orders are subject to import laws and customs clearance in their destination country. We encourage all clients to review local requirements prior to placing an order.

5. Tracking & Delivery

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email. Estimated timelines are:

  • 5–7 business days for courier services
  • 7–14 business days for freight shipments
  • 3–6 weeks for container shipments

While delays may arise from customs, weather, or port congestion, Elkaiva remains in close communication with clients throughout the journey.

6. Shipping Insurance & Risk

Responsibility for the goods transfers to the buyer once the shipment leaves our facility. Shipping insurance is optional but strongly recommended for high-value orders.

7. Address Requirements

Orders must be shipped to a valid business or freight-forwarding address. Elkaiva cannot accept responsibility for issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect delivery details.
