At ElkAiva, we coordinate shipping for industrial, private label, and wholesale orders across apparel, home goods, fragrances, and hospitality essentials. Because every project is unique, our logistics approach is tailored to your product type, destination, and delivery preferences.
1. Order Processing & Production Timeline
Shipping does not begin immediately after payment. All orders follow a structured production workflow. Timelines depend on the product type and level of customization:
- 3–6 weeks
- 4–8 weeks
- 5–9 weeks
Production begins after design/sample approval and confirmation of payment terms.
2. Shipping Origin
All final shipments are prepared and dispatched from Idaho, where each order undergoes ElkAiva’s quality checks and packaging standards prior to delivery.
3. Shipping Methods & Cost
Shipping is arranged based on the size and destination of your order:
- For samples and small-batch urgent orders
- For moderate bulk orders
- For high-volume shipments (most cost-effective for large orders)
Shipping costs are quoted separately based on volume, weight, and method. A detailed logistics quote will be provided before dispatch.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Requirements
All international shipments are subject to local import laws and customs processing:
- We recommend checking your local import regulations prior to placing an order.
5. Tracking & Delivery
Once shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. Delivery timelines vary by shipping method:
- 5–7 business days
- 7–14 business days
- 3–6 weeks
Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or port congestion. ElkAiva will remain in contact and provide updates throughout the process.
6. Shipping Insurance & Risk
Responsibility for the goods transfers to the buyer once the shipment leaves our facility.
Shipping insurance is optional but strongly recommended, especially for high-value shipments.
7. Address Requirements
All shipments must be sent to a valid business or freight-forwarding address. ElkAiva is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping details.
