Delivery Terms
All production orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) as standard. Elkaiva manages the complete delivery process to your specified address.
Freight coordination, export documentation, customs clearance, import duties, and final delivery are all handled by Elkaiva. You receive your goods with no additional charges or customs procedures on your end.
Shipping Methods
We select the most suitable method based on your order specifications, timeline, and destination. Production orders ship via sea freight or air freight. Sample shipments and development materials ship via international courier with full tracking.
The specific method, transit schedule, and delivery coordination are confirmed during the proposal stage and tailored to each project.

Elkaiva serves clients across North America and Western Europe. Every order passes through Quality Assurance at our US operations before shipping to you.
Packaging and Protection
Every shipment is packed to preserve product integrity throughout transit. Packaging standards are tailored to the product category, whether textile rolls, finished garments, leather goods, or hospitality products. All shipments are fully insured and tracked from origin to arrival.
Delivery Address
Orders must ship to a valid business or freight-forwarding address. Elkaiva cannot accept responsibility for delays or issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect delivery details provided by the client.
