How We Work
Concept and Design
We take your idea and shape it into a clear product plan. This includes design direction, technical guidance, and a complete tech pack with measurements, fabrics, trims, stitching, and construction notes ready for sampling.
Material Selection
We identify and select every material based on performance, safety, and the aesthetic your brand requires. Nothing is assumed. Every fabric, lining, button, and zipper is chosen with intention.
Sampling and Fit
We develop samples to refine shape, proportion, and detail. Fit is tested, adjustments are made, and nothing moves to production until you approve the final sample.
Labels and Branding
We manage every brand detail from woven labels and hang tags to stickers and care instructions. Everything is produced to create a complete and consistent presentation across your line.
Production
We produce with discipline. Construction is executed to the specifications approved during sampling. The inside of every garment is held to the same standard as the outside.
Quality Assurance
Every product is inspected for stitching, sizing, branding accuracy, and overall presentation. We run Quality Assurance through our US operations before anything reaches your hands, adding a second layer of verification after production.
Packaging and Delivery
We design packaging that matches the quality of the product inside. Gift boxes, tissue, custom inserts, and branded elements are all handled so the unboxing experience is part of the product itself. Delivery is managed door to door.
