How Elkaiva Protects Your Brand at Every Level

How Elkaiva Protects Your Brand at Every Level

When you trust a manufacturer with your designs, your fabrics, and your brand identity, you are trusting them with everything that makes your business yours. We take that trust seriously. Confidentiality at Elkaiva is not a clause in a contract. It is the way we were built. Every system, every process, every person in our facility is part of a security framework designed to keep your work yours.

Here is exactly what we do to protect your brand.

Physical Security: Your Work Stays Behind Closed Doors

Our facility in Bursa is organized so that your production is never visible to anyone outside your assigned team. Production zones are separated. Sample rooms are locked. Your fabrics, patterns, and prototypes are stored in access-controlled spaces.

  • Separated production zones. Each client's work occupies its own area. There is no cross-visibility between projects.
  • Locked sample storage. Your samples, swatches, and development materials are stored in locked rooms. Only your assigned team has key access.
  • Controlled factory visits. Visitors are restricted to designated viewing areas. They do not walk through active production zones where client work is in progress.
  • No photography on the floor. Phone cameras are restricted in production areas. No photos of your products, your fabrics, or your process are taken. Ever.

Digital Security: Your Files Are Encrypted and Isolated

Every client project lives in its own encrypted workspace. Your tech packs, your patterns, your fabric specifications, your pricing. All access-controlled. Only the team members assigned to your project can open your files.

  • Access-controlled project folders. Each client has a separate, encrypted workspace. No one outside your project team can access your files.
  • Project codes, not brand names. Internal communication, file names, and email subject lines use project codes. Your brand name does not appear in our internal systems.
  • Encrypted file transfer. Sensitive files are transmitted through encrypted channels, not standard email attachments.
  • No shared pattern libraries. Your patterns are your property. They are never stored in a shared library or referenced for another client's production.
  • Secure deletion on project completion. When your project ends, your files are returned to you or securely destroyed. We do not retain client files unless you request it in writing.

Staff Security: Trained From Day One

Every person at Elkaiva, from the cutting room to the shipping department, completes confidentiality training before touching any client work. This is not a one-time briefing. It is ongoing. Our staff understands what they can and cannot discuss, photograph, or share. And they understand why it matters.

  • Confidentiality training on day one. Before a new employee works on any client project, they complete confidentiality training.
  • Project isolation. Staff assigned to your project do not discuss your work with staff assigned to other projects.
  • Contractor agreements. Temporary workers, consultants, and visitors sign confidentiality agreements before entering the facility.
  • No social media posting. Staff do not post photos, comments, or references to client work on any platform. This is a condition of employment.
We do not protect your confidentiality because a contract tells us to. We protect it because it is how we have always worked. Your brand takes the credit. We stay invisible. That is who we are.

Marketing Security: Your Name Is Not Our Sales Tool

We do not have a client portfolio on our website. We do not list brand names. We do not post photos of client products on social media. We do not attend trade shows with client samples. When a prospect asks who we work with, we ask them to judge us on quality, not on client names.

  • No client names anywhere. Not on our website, not in brochures, not in presentations. Our marketing describes our capabilities, not our client list.
  • No product photos. Your designs, your fabrics, your products do not appear in any of our promotional materials. Not even unnamed. Not even blurred.
  • No social media posts about client work. Our social media shows our facility, our equipment, our process. Never your products.
  • No trade show displays. We do not display client products at trade shows or in any public setting.
  • No references without your permission. We do not share your name with prospects. Ever.

Proprietary Fabric Protection: Your Weave Is Yours Alone

When we develop a custom fabric for your brand, that specification is locked to your project. Your weave, your weight, your finish, your color. We do not reuse your fabric development for another client. Your custom fabric is part of your brand identity, and we treat it that way.

  • Fabric specifications are project-locked. Your custom fabric development is not shared, not referenced, and not reused.
  • Supplier relationships are protected. Your specific material sources and supplier relationships are not shared with other clients.
  • Production privacy. Your timeline, your order volumes, and your pricing are not discussed with anyone outside your project team.
  • Shipping discretion. Your shipments go out under your brand's instructions. Our name does not appear on your packaging, your labels, or your shipping documents.

Legal Security: Agreements That Reinforce Our Practice

Our confidentiality system is built on practice first. Our legal agreements reinforce it. When you work with Elkaiva, you receive:

  • Mutual NDA. Signed before any project information is exchanged.
  • Manufacturing agreement with operational confidentiality clauses. Covers photography, marketing use, client name disclosure, sample retention, and trade show display.
  • IP assignment. All designs, patterns, fabric developments, and technical specifications created for your project are your intellectual property. We do not retain ownership or usage rights.
  • Sample and material return. All samples, patterns, swatches, and development materials are returned to you or destroyed upon project completion.

What This Means for You

When you manufacture with Elkaiva, your brand is protected at every stage:

  • Your designs are never photographed, posted, or displayed.
  • Your brand name is never used in our marketing or sales conversations.
  • Your custom fabric development is proprietary to your brand.
  • Your files are encrypted, access-controlled, and never shared.
  • Your production is physically separated from other clients' work.
  • Your intellectual property remains yours. We do not retain, reuse, or reference it.

This is not a list of policies we enforce. It is who we are. Elkaiva was founded on the principle that your brand takes the credit and we stay invisible. Every system, every process, every training module exists to make that principle real. In practice. Every day. On every project.

Your brand takes the credit. We stay invisible.
